How it Works:

It is an unfortunate fact that once we hit the age of 20, our bodies produce about one percent less collagen every year. In addition, the elastic bonds, known as elastin, that give skin its youthful springiness, start to separate. These events combined with stress, sun damage and poor skin care habits and you have a recipe for visible signs of aging. Titan safely utilizes infrared light to penetrate the dermis well below the our bodies top layer of skin.  The heat applied can stimulate immediate collagen contraction, giving you tighter skin and starting your skin age reversal treatment within your first session. How many treatments will I need?

For some patients, satisfying results have been achieve within 1 treatment, but most will require a sequence of treatments to achieve their desired result. Your technician will advise you as to the number and frequency of treatments recommended for your optimal skin tightening results.

When will I see results?

Results can be and have reported to be seen right away. You’ll feel the tightness coming back after your for treatment and continue to improve over time. For most patients, the final result of your titan skin tightening treatment are gradual over a three to six month period as new collagen is formed and your skin continues to tighten.

 

What do treatments feel like? 

Every time the Titan pulses, you’ll feel a mild heating sensation. This provides little to no discomfort and makes this treatment such a great noninvasive skin tightening alternative. Some patients have reported that taking a light pain reliever before treatment made them feel a lot more comfortable and reduced the feeling of the heat pulses. Many patients are comfortable without anything. Your physician will advise you.

 

What happens after the treatment?

While discomfort is uncommon, this light energy treatment can result in some redness and light swelling in the treatment area. Both the swelling and redness will reduce and disappear within a few hours your session.
